Green electricity for precision workshop
In addition to a high degree of precision, toolmaking also requires a high level of energy input. Based on the load profile data and AI-based software, we developed a rooftop system with battery storage to reduce energy costs by maximising self-generated energy. The PV roof system made by Knips now meets 46% of electricity needs.
