El 18 de abril de 2024, se alcanz\u00f3 un hito importante para nuestro proyecto en Sch\u00f6nermark, \"Parque Solar Kellersche Stra\u00dfe.\" El consejo municipal aprob\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n de planificaci\u00f3n del parque solar propuesto con un voto de 4:0 a nuestro favor.<\/p>\n

Proyecto de gran escala y de alta potencia:<\/b> El parque solar cubrir\u00e1 un \u00e1rea de 26 hect\u00e1reas y tendr\u00e1 una capacidad instalable de 28 MWp.<\/p>\n

Colaboraci\u00f3n con los actores locales:<\/b> La zona planificada en Sch\u00f6nermark cumple con los criterios del municipio y est\u00e1 ubicada en suelos agr\u00edcolas de bajo valor. Se planea una zona verde con arbustos y \u00e1rboles de la zona a lo largo de la calle \u201cKellersche Stra\u00dfe\u201d. En una reuni\u00f3n comunitaria, se presentaron ideas del proyecto y oportunidades para que el municipio y sus residentes participen en el parque solar. Estas fueron discutidas en detalle y recibieron una respuesta positiva por parte de los residentes.<\/p>\n

Beneficios financieros directos para el municipio:<\/b><\/p>\n

Gracias a la legislaci\u00f3n actual que permite a los municipios participar en los ingresos de las plantas solares, Sch\u00f6nermark puede esperar ingresos anuales de m\u00e1s de 60.000 EUR de este proyecto. Adem\u00e1s, los residentes tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad de participar financieramente en el proyecto.<\/p>\n

Infraestructura adicional y doble contribuci\u00f3n a la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica:<\/b><\/p>\n

Se planea una instalaci\u00f3n de almacenamiento con bater\u00edas a unos 11 km en el punto de conexi\u00f3n previsto a la red. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a equilibrar la producci\u00f3n fluctuante de energ\u00eda, aliviar la red el\u00e9ctrica y aumentar la contribuci\u00f3n del proyecto a la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
